This shipping policy applies to customers in Australia.

Delivery Location

Orders will be delivered to the customer's address provided during checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Important Shipping Information

  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping across Australia
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days for quality inspection
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days after processing

Shipping Details

We currently ship only within Australia. 

From the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep, delivery typically takes 8 to 13 business days, including processing and transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. If this happens, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item

We will promptly find a suitable solution for you.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@velletiq.com.
 If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to cancel it before dispatch.

Delayed Orders

During peak periods (e.g., public holidays, promotions), delivery times may be slightly delayed.
 If your order has not arrived within 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
